FAQ's

When do you guys restock?

We restock every weekend but change up the day/time every week in order to give our customers all around the world an opportunity to find a restock time that works best for them. Please check the light blue banner at the top of our website on Thursdays for an update on our upcoming weekend restock.

Why does your website say "restocking soon" on most products?

We restock our products in limited amounts every weekend and they tend to sell out very quickly. Some of our most popular models have been known to sell out in mere minutes or even faster! If you're serious about getting your hands on a particular toy model, be sure to check out our website right as our restock time approaches to increase your odds of being able to purchase one. Happy shopping!

How long does it take to ship?

Orders are processed on a 1st come, 1st served basis. We work on the same batch of toys all week and can typically get your order made and ready to ship out in 5-8 business days. Please be aware that severe weather and holidays can delay shipping and are typically out of everyone's control.

What are your products made of?

Our products are made of skin safe platinum catalyzed silicone supplied locally in Texas, USA.

Are your products skin safe?

Yes, tested and safe.

Is packaging discreet?

Yes! All of our orders are shipped in a plain cardboard box with "AMI" listed as the sender name. When shipping internationally, we use the tariff code "970390 - Original sculpture and statuary, in any material" on all of our commercial invoices.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! By now we've shipped to almost every country in the world!

What shipping companies do you use?

We currently use United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS)

How much can I customize my order?

Our customization options are limited to the decal and color options currently available for purchase on our product pages. We are not able to make any modifications to our molds (IE: make a deer without a tail; make a canine without teats; make a scalie with different scale patterns; etc.).

What type of lubricant should I use with my toy?

We recommend that our toys be used with water-based lubricants only. Use of silicone-based lubricants with our products will degrade the material overtime and reduce the longevity of your toy.
