If an order is incorrect upon receiving, it may be returned or replaced but only if the product is still in the sealed plastic bag it was shipped with. We cannot accept returns on an item once it has been removed from the sealed plastic bag it was shipped in.

The angle on the vagina entrance is a bit too tight. It almost acts like a choke point. It requires more lube. The anus is a more straight design in the standard size and it a bit easier to use. I'm going to order another one in large vagina and standard anus. Glad I bought the toy.
I've ordered a pony style toy from another supplier and it was very nice in appearance but was made of a very firm material that made it a little uncomfortable to use. This pony toy from AMI is all around great. The visual appearance is perfect and it feels great too. The shape would make it perfect to use as an insert in a larger toy if that's your goal.
This was the fifth toy I've purchased and is in my top two faves right now. I've already ordered my second AMI toy now, my new canine toy is on its way.
On a side note, their customer service has been absolutely top notch too. AMI has gained a customer for life.
